- Nationally branded product -- We are the only major distributor that does not carry private label.
- Centralized systems -- We offer one item number, one price, one reporting system, one point of contact, and one buying system thoughout all distribution facilities.
- Sales support -- We assign representatives to monitor all aspects of customer needs, from facilitated roll outs and product changes, to unit support and help with menu development.
- Business reviews -- We conduct quarterly or semi-annual meetings with customers. Sales, fill-rates, operational service level, delivery time analysis, cost containment, deviated price savings, and new opportunities, are all reviewed for potential bottom-line savings.
- RF Warehouse & Voice Technologies -- Labatt offers well over 99% operational service level to its customers by using these technologies. Voice technology is used by the order selectors to eliminate mispulls. RF Technology is used to ensure the proper receiving and rotation of all cases.
We also offer order entry software to address every customer's unique needs:
- Create and review orders online.
- Send order through your own point-of-sales or inventory system directly to Labatt.
- Scan barcode labels to generate orders.
Labatt has established accounting systems and interfaces to reduce the customer's internal accounting expense. Customers can do any of the following and more:
- Access invoice images online the day your order is delivered.
- Eliminate key punching into accounting systems by using Labatt's electronic integration.
- Access AR statements online 24 hours a day.
- Make payments and reconcile electronically.
Labatt recognizes that customers have unique reporting needs. We offer several reporting tools to help customers evaluate product usage.
