Fred Silva, General Manager of Direct Source Meats

 

Fred is General Manager of Direct Source Meats, Labatt’s meat processing subsidiary.  He was responsible for designing and building DSM’s major new cook plant.  In addition, he has responsibilities at Labatt for management and software development in transportation. He graduated from Dartmouth College with a degree in Anthropology.  Before joining Labatt in 2007, he worked as a restaurant manager and as a manager of a food plant processing agricultural commodities.
