Christine Hersh
As the Registered Dietitian for Labatt, a $1billion food distributor, Christine works with various Labatt customers including schools, healthcare, child care facilities, summer camps, jails, the military, and restaurants. She engages in personal, individualized customer solutions unique to customer needs. Examples include creating and approving menus and recommending healthy item substitutions for therapeutic diets (i.e. diabetic, cardiac, gluten free). She uses evidence based practice guidelines in menu development with complete menu analysis. The services of Labatt's dietitian are value-added, exclusive to Labatt customers.
Christine Hersh, RD, LD graduated cum laude from Baylor University with her bachelor of science degree in Nutrition Sciences. She completed her dietetic internship at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida and soon thereafter became the Registered Dietitian at Labatt Food Service.
