Ken Monacelli, Multi-Division Sales Manager
Ken Monacelli began with Labatt as a sales representative in 1995, and managed Labatt offices in Austin, Lubbock, El Paso, and Albuquerque. He currently manages sales in San Antonio and supervises sales in four other districts. He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park New York, and had over 15 years of experience as Executive Chef, Food and Beverage Director and Restaurant Owner.
